About our products

Shraddhakamal sells artificial and imitation jewellery — plated fashion pieces over a base metal, in gold and silver finishes. Our products are not solid gold, hallmarked, or certified fine jewellery, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of purity, carat, certification or investment value.

• Terms such as "1 gram gold" and "2 gram gold" are trade categories used in the imitation jewellery market, not statements of certified gold content.
• Colours on screen can differ slightly from the physical piece due to display and lighting differences.
• Weights, dimensions and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between pieces.

Orders

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm dispatch, and not before.
• We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is out of stock, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Any payment taken is refunded in full.
• Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies.
• Where a product page states a made-to-order or longer dispatch time, that timeforms part of your order.

Payments

• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• Cash on Delivery orders may carry a handling fee, shown at checkout before you confirm.
• You are responsible for entering correct payment details. Failed payments caused by incorrect details are not our responsibility.

Delivery

Delivery estimates on product pages and the shipping policy are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, festivals, strikes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns and replacements

Our replacement and refund terms are set out in the Returns & Replacements policy, which forms part of these terms. Where the policy and these terms differ, the policy applies to returns and replacements.

Care and durability

Plated jewellery lasts longer with proper care. Normal wear of the plating over time is expected and is not a defect. We are not responsible for damage caused by chemicals, water, perfume, improper storage or third-party repair. See the Jewellery Care guide for guidance.

Use of this site

• You may not copy, reproduce or resell content from this site without written permission.
• You may not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms are being abused.

Intellectual property

The Shraddhakamal name, logo, site design, photographs and product descriptions belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, which apply in addition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and date are always shown on this page. Placing an order after changes means you accept the updated terms.
