• To send promotional messages on WhatsApp or email — only where you have opted in, and always with an unsubscribe option.

Payment information

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a certified payment gateway. Card numbers, CVV and UPI PINs are entered on their secure interface and are never visible to us or stored on our servers. We only receive a payment reference and status.

Phone verification

We use Firebase Authentication to verify your mobile number with a one-time password. Firebase processes your phone number under Google’s privacy policy. We receive a verified identifier, not your OTP.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

• Our courier partner, to deliver your parcel — name, address, phone number and parcel contents.
• Our payment provider, to process payments you initiate.
• Our hosting and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your bag and keep the site secure. Optional analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can decline optional cookies without losing the ability to shop.

Data retention

We keep order and invoice records for as long as we are legally required to. Account information is retained until you ask us to delete it. We only keep what we need for those purposes.

Your choices and rights

• You can view and update your details from your account page at any time.
• You can opt out of promotional messages by replying STOP on WhatsApp or using the unsubscribe link in emails.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to us.
