Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timelines

In-stock pieces are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order and bridal sets may take 3–5 working days, and the product page will always state this before you add the item to your bag.

• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed after 2 PM are processed from the next working day.
• You receive a WhatsApp message and email once your order is packed.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your PIN code. Metro cities are usually faster; remote PIN codes may take longer.

• Metropolitan areas: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Tier 2 and 3 towns: typically 3–6 working days after dispatch.
• Remote and North-Eastern regions: up to 7–9 working days.

Shipping charges

• Free standard shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• Orders below ₹999 carry a flat ₹49 shipping charge.
• Express shipping, where available, is priced at checkout based on your PIN code.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is handed to our courier partner you receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email. You can also track any order from the Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your PIN code and landmark before paying. Our courier partner attempts delivery three times; a parcel that returns to us unclaimed can be re-shipped once at the standard shipping charge.

If a parcel looks delayed beyond the estimate above, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase it with the courier the same working day.
